3 Things I’m Especially Thankful for in Real Estate This Year
As we head into Thanksgiving week, I’ve been reflecting on how incredibly fortunate I am to do what I do—and to do it with clients like you.
Here are three things at the top of my gratitude list this year:
- Clients who trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives Whether you bought your first home, upgraded to the forever house, downsized gracefully, or finally turned that investment property dream into reality—thank you for letting Erica Lawton, your Farmgal Realtor, be part of your journey. Watching your families walk through the door for the first time (or the last time) never gets old.
- A market that keeps reminding us what really matters This year has had its twists (interest rates, inventory challenges, the occasional bidding war), but every hurdle has reinforced the truth: a home isn’t just an investment—it’s where memories are made. I’m grateful for the perspective that keeps us grounded and focused on what each of you truly needs.
- An amazing community we get to call home From the local coffee shops to the county fairs, the backroads and the big skies—I’m so thankful to live and work in this incredible area. Serving you as Erica Lawton, your Farmgal Realtor, means I get to help keep these rural and small-town dreams alive, one closing at a time.
This Thanksgiving, thank YOU for making my job the absolute best. If 2026 has you thinking about a move—whether it’s more land, a quieter road, or your very first farmhouse—give your Farmgal Realtor a call. I’d be honored to help.
Happy Thanksgiving! Erica Lawton Your Farmgal Realtor ®
